the USPC champ

I stayed up last night to see who won the USPC and it was that freaking dork Jacob. I really don't like that guy and I wish Morgan had won because he looks like a cool guy. This Jacob kid makes me sick with that tired face he has and I am not a big fan of loose aggressive maniacs who bluff all day. I also hated how he was dressed at the final event of a major trny on national tv. I don't think you need to wear a suit and tie but he had shorts and flip flops , moron! Anyone else don't like that dork?

I don't know exactly you you're talking about, but that's a bit harsh. I mean, did he do anything to warrant such feelings? A lot of people nowadays love to insult Jamie Gold, because he did break some poker etiquettes along the way to his win, but what did this Jacob guy do? And breaking a "dress code" shouldn't warrant that much insult. Everyone dresses their own way, and if the USPC didn't have a dress code in place, then it wasn't against the rules.

I like Morgan as well but that Jacob dude is a very good player. He has final tabled a few WPT events also.

Gold continues to break poker etiquette in almost every tournament he plays. He's not a fan favorite and never will be.

I like Jacobs, he is a decent player. If you can bluff and win potts, then your not doing bad.

Dress code, heck if you complain about the shorts and flip flops, then what about these off the wall sunglasses and outfits some people wear? I think you should wear what ever is comfortable.

As for Jamie Gold, I think he is a really good player, It upsets me to see him on High Stakes Poker and to see Doyle put him down, just because he don't like new players.
