Saw this thread on another forum and thought this was a great idea.

I totally agree with this excellent idea,but be courteous.It would be a great idea to make a few notes before you call,so you get your conversation going in the right direction.Obviously do not make any threats.Remember,help the online poker cause,not hurt it..!
