Ultimate buddy?

I downloaded a program lastnight called ultimate buddy and installed it. Before I try and use it I want to make sure it's legit, I can't really find anything from google about it. I think it's just a friend finder program for ultimate bet, but when I load the program it asks for my name and password and I think they mean for ultimate bet. So I'm guessing it's spyware but I want to make sure before, because this would be great to track down donks.
