UIGEA - Anybody watching the newest developments w/ this

Was talking to a buddy earlier to day about this so I thought I'd look more into it today. Of course I started at the Poker Players Alliance page and it seem that we need to be proactive about this. It looks as if the Bush administration is attemting to make it even HARDER for U.S. banks to allow transactions to gaming sites. This will make it nearly impossible to transfer funds and get paid (for those who make money). Here are some links to the articles from the PPA's website:
