ugghh prepaid all access isnt working on FT!!

i have a mac laptop so i wanna have funds on FT but my all access isnt working its being declined helppp!

Just keep trying. Lots of people have had this problem, only to have it work a few hours later. When did you purchase it?

tonight around 6 pm i registered it around 8pm online....ill keep trying plus i emailed fulltilt cashier support..

And you made sure to get the preset card, like the one in the link I showed you? Not the reloadable one?

uh oh but its the location the website told me and its the only card they had....i have 50$ on it now and FT support hasnt responded....i wonder what i should do...im pretty sure its the reloadable one..my card is silver and it says debit and it is an all access visa

Does it have a $ amount printed on the front of the card or the packing it came in? Or did you have to ask them to put the amount you wanted on it?

yeah its reloadable...im going through eppassporte now my card registered and it cahrged 2.30$ to see if its really my card but it only goes up to 2$ so i went to 1.30 lucky guess but now my card only has 47.70 and when i i try to deposit i cant since minimum is 45$ and i have to pay 50$ and i m off by 2.30

Ok, I'm confused now. So you have $47.70 on ePassporte? Why can't you make the minimum $45 dollar deposit then?

Edit: Oh, nm. Didn't see your latest post. Take that card to the store and purchase another preset giftcard. Just pay the difference ($1.30?) in cash. The one you want will not be a debit card, but will have a preset amount on the front. That is the one you want.

i dont have 47.70 i on ep i have it on my card so i cant deposit onto ep cause i need atleast 50$ but now i see on my card that the 2.30$ eppasporte took to check my account is pending and i think eppasporte sends it back so i might be allright i dunno

No problem. It's a bit of a pain in the ass, but you'll get there. Maybe try another location other than the one you went to. Do you have a Safeway or Von's in the area? I always get my giftcards at Safeway, because they have a killer selection. Von's is the same company (I think) so they are probably very similar.

The reloadable ones don't work. You have to buy the PREPAID kind.

i havent had any problems depositing at ft, or ub,with a visa debit card.US player by the way.dont know why,just works.
