Trouble with Nucharge

i have never had a problem depositing into nucharge. i made my first withdrawal from them over a month ago. first they told me it would take 20 days to get to my bank. when it got past 20 they said they would put a trace on it. another 10 days and they told me it would take 30-45 days.

anyone else have this problem?

Dont ever use Nucharge to deposit, especially into bodog. Ive complained 3 times to bodog about nucharge making a new excuse every 2 weeks about why my money didnt get deposited into my checking. Bodog says its their policy that whatever deposit method you used, same one has to be used to withdraw. I requested an ATM card twice from nucharge, been over a month now and they keep saying that they will send another one, 2 weeks ago they said the company that makes the ATM cards ran out of ATM cards. Thats like telling me the ocean ran out of shrimp. I would think bodog would take more responsibility in making sure that the companies they use to withdraw and deposit are doing things correctly, I guess Calvin Ayres doesnt really care if a few people leave because of it, they used to take really good care of customers few years ago but now they act like they dont need anymore customers. Their customer service reps would never make it as a casino host, guess thats why theyre answering phones instead.

nucharge finally put my money back into bodog and i withdrew it from them and received it in less than 2 weeks--i thought it was gone.

Gah, I should really read these reviews before i start withdrawing money.

I've tried withdrawing twice now the first time by echeck, it took about a month for them to tell me they need to do a trace before they can get my money back to me.

This time i tried a wire and am having similar problems withdrawing. I just sent an email to complain.

I believe bodog forced me to use them because i used them to deposit though. Either way I'm going to try to get out of it.
