| Tournament strategy and table strategy I'm really just starting to play online for real money. I spent a year or so playing for free chips on sites, then decided that was going well and put a little on a couple of sites to try my hand. Do the books really help? If so, what would be the best book for a NL holdem player? Both ring games and tournaments. My current "strategy" has been to play very conservatively early. Only play the premium hands until I could see how the other players at a table play and while it seems to be working it's very boring. |
