tough lay down...what would you do ?

So I was playing a home game last week...$50 buy in - 8 people - start off with 5,000 chips - blinds go up every 10 minutes

I know about 3 of the 8 players on the table...

2nd hand in the game- blinds 50\100

I get Ad Ac

I raise pre-flop to 350

everyone folds except for player A

Flop - JS 7S 2S

I raise to 450 - Player A goes all in

What would you do ?

Fold.
Your might have the best hand here and you might be up against a pair + flush draw. Or worse, a made flush to which you have no redraws too, or a set. A few hands beat you and if your opponent has any spade, they have outs.

Its not worth it to risk your tournament life so early on a hand that can be easily beaten. Just fold. You still have a lot of chips to work with.

I agree with the fold, early on and the amount you lost will be negligible in 20min.

Even if it was a bluff it was the perfect time to do it so cant fault a fold here, and as philthy said way to early to risk everything with so many hands that could be you.

Ouch - make a mental note then move on I guess.

Keep in mind too that 10 minute levels is very fast for a live game - you're basically playing a turbo.

This one i a fol 4 sure, but really - 10 min is way faster than any turbo - Mega Turbo, to be exact. 10 min is what - 2,5 to 4 hands...?

We start off with 5000 chips - it goes on for a least 60-90 minutes
