| tough lay down...what would you do ? So I was playing a home game last week...$50 buy in - 8 people - start off with 5,000 chips - blinds go up every 10 minutes I know about 3 of the 8 players on the table... 2nd hand in the game- blinds 50\100 I get Ad Ac I raise pre-flop to 350 everyone folds except for player A Flop - JS 7S 2S I raise to 450 - Player A goes all in What would you do ? |

| Fold. Your might have the best hand here and you might be up against a pair + flush draw. Or worse, a made flush to which you have no redraws too, or a set. A few hands beat you and if your opponent has any spade, they have outs. Its not worth it to risk your tournament life so early on a hand that can be easily beaten. Just fold. You still have a lot of chips to work with. |
