I have been reading various peoples ideas on what MIGHT be going on at Absolute, and of course it does seem clear something is definitely afoul; however While I was searching for reputable poker sites and freerolls since, quite frankly, I can't afford to gamble, I cam across a link that disgusted me ; made me physically ill in fact. I posted it on the blog page but I want everyone possible to be aware that this is out there. It is a link from which you can order a program that works on most any poker client to reveal your opponents hole cards and he advertizes it as a means of making 10's of thousands of dollars and boasts of doing it himself. At any rate check this link out I hope u are as puy off by it as I am.

Its impossible to see others hole cards, I mean, if it does work, you would need to get the program on the other players computers - which is near-impossible lol.

Those sites are all scams. Think of it on a basic level - if someone was smart enough to write something like that, would they be selling it for $50, or using it to make hundreds of thousands of dollars by actually playing poker?

Absolute was an issue with a superuser account; read the main thread for the details.

Like I saisd I haven't yet. But when you get banned from most major poker sites for cheating; when in fact manipulating a program to show another persons cards , though unethical , is not illegal, What then is your recourse Sell the Soft ware. Of course you could be right but check out the site

If you visit the site, don't be surprised by anything that happens after your url/ip info is freely provided to them. They are telling your up front that they promote cheating, and you want us to give them ANY info?

This site is registered through go-daddy and has absolutely no identifying data to track them. Check out their domain name at 'who-is' on networksolutions.

just so you know Potripper did not use any added software he used a super account that was created before the site was even opened ( just thought I would write that in case you thought it was linked to the absolute scandle ) Those programs are such pieces of crap I actually feel upon a guys web site that for 15.00....god this ridicules..... he will teach you how to change your hole cards to pocket aces every time so as he puts you can always win you know because Aces just means you win. Even has lil demonstration video on how it work for him.. and sorry I don''t have the link but I am sure any1 can find it.

If you really think these 'programs' work then may I also offer you:

1. An alien autopsy film from Area 51 personally shot by Jimmy Hoffa
2. Genuine directional map to Atlantis (waterproof edition)
