Top 10 Online Poker Wins Attention Cardschaters! Sir Nicholas and Sir Fredrik require your help in gathering information for our latest blog post. Put your research boots on and try and help us compile 'The Top 10 Online Poker Wins' ever. We're looking for as much documentation on each of these wins as possible, such as the winning hand, prize money, what site it was at, when, name of the tournament, if the player is a pro or well known online player etc. I'm sure that the majority of these wins will be in the hundreds of thousands of $ if not millions. Don't worry about submitting any results in order, we will sort the ordering/rankings out after. It's pretty hard for one person to dig up all this information, but between us I'm sure we can gather some awesome data. Single hands may also be of interest, if they're large enough. Remember, we're only looking for online poker results. Researchers who help us out will get super duper Nick +reputation which is more valuable than gold. If you need any more information, or have any questions feel free to post.

I played an Absolute poker freeroll for 6 hours, beat 1999 players, and won $10. Is that good? (more importantly, do I get a free t-shirt? No, ok then............)

Im sure that the biggest online tournament wins are just over the horizon on Pokerstars. The $2,600 NL event is $3M guarenteed, the $5,200 HORSE event will no doubt have a large prize pool as well, but the guarentee is small in comparsion. So very shortly im sure the $2.6K event will produce on of the biggest online wins ever. I won the 3K guarantee on Full Tilt a few weeks ago if that counts

I submit this: http://www.betholdem.com/newsrelease12.asp Heads-up, NL with $200/$400 blinds. "Towards the end of the night the largest hand in the history of online poker was recorded. The pot reached an astounding $465,461 when Freddie spiked 3 aces on the flop. Fast_Freddie and bad_ip were raising and reraising throughout the hand suggesting that bad_ip had flopped 3 aces as well. When the hand was over bad_ip mucked his cards and Fast_Freddie won with Trip Aces and a King and Jack for kickers."

As far as single pot wins, the previous record before the pot between Freddie Deeb and Johnny Lodden (mentioned by F_Paulsson) was said to be $357,256 (source: http://poker.gamble.co.uk/articles/record-pot-win.htm). Can't find any further details about it, though.
