Titan March Madness Tourney.

I just wondered if anyone else is signed up for the special $5,000 March Madness freeroll? I signed up last month to represent Ohio State. You don't have to be a student. Just a fan with a favorite NCAA college team. I think you might be able to still get in at Titan under promotions. As of right now there are only 133 people registered out of a max of 1,000. I scrolled threw the list and the only name I saw from CC was mets40. The tourney is Sun. the 24th at 6:00 PM EST. Hope that some of you can still get in. If you are in then tell us who to watch out for. Post your screen name at Titan and I'll say hi when I take your chips.

I forgot to add it pays 50 spots.

Thanks Dennis for the information thought it was just for college kids. I'll go and see if I can sign up on it. AS you well know I'm well passed the college stage...lol.

EDIT: Sunday April 23rd is the day of the tourney.

Remember you can't just register to the tourney. You have to go to promotions and and list the school that you want to represent. Then they put you on the list and you are able to register.

I just went to promotions and there was nothing there about it, so i contacted them via email, will wait for the results, thanks dennis.

Yes. I'm signed up. I got an e-mail they may have changed the format somewhat, but Im definitely looking forward to it.

Well tourney is at first break. I'm in 7 out of 100 left. 40 or so sit outs. 50 places pay.

Thanks for coming out Chuck. I was in 6th and raised on the button with A9h and had a caller. Flop came K73 so I bet like I had it and was put all-in. I called on a huntch and the guy turned over AA. I probably could've folded out and made the next 1 or 2 money levels, but I had a real good shot at winning so I went for it. Got $37.50 and I'm not bitchin.
