Is there any way to beat this kind of stuff

I can't seem to avoid it. The past three days I have been posting the dumb losses I've been suffering in tournaments. No matter if it's cash or freerolls, people continue to call my preflop raises, and catch cards on me. This is an example:

how in the hell does he make that call preflop, and how in the hell does he put me all in on a damn flush draw? If I call he goes all in anyway. There's no way to avoid this unless I put my whole tournament life this early on 1010. And chances are he calls anyway.
I've grown rediculously angry over this. Twice I had AA and someone went over the top of me with K8 suited all in and caught flushes to eliminate me. I just don't know what I can do different. No matter how much I raise preflop someone always limps in and catches cards. Earlier today I had QJ. Raise preflop on the button 5x's bb. Guy limps in preflop. Flop is KQ3. He bets, I raise just to see where I was, he calls. He checks the turn as it was a 4, I bet the pot, he calls leaving him with a 5th of his stack left. The tournament just started and we have 1500. The damn turn is a j giving me 2 pr. Guess what the hell he flips over. 10 fricken 9 off!! WTH!!! No exageration this has been happening for 3-4 days straight in a total of probably15 tournaments I've gotten donked out on and I dont know if its how I'm playing, how I'm raising or what. I really need advice here because I know I'm a good player. I'm usually in the last few hundred of 10k+ people tournaments, and I have a good understanding of the game. I just need to know what I can do different because this has to stop.

Sounds like you're doing just fine...

And if you have a good understanding of the game you know you got your money in good and you know this thread is pointless. Next time, post it in Bad Beats, Brags and Vents.

What he said. Just keep plugging away. Seems like you're doing fine. Alot of people are happy to put their tourneys on the line for drawing hands in freerolls. It's frustrating when they do hit, but they won't always catch their cards. GL.

Can't kill the donks all the time! They're everywhere and they're bound to catch the crazy things they chase. Sorry they've been catching it on your watch a lot lately. I get a lot of that, too. My Aces get beat all the time--even when I hit my set a few times people'll catch straights and flushes.

I have had this problem alot. You just have to continue to play sound poker and deal with the donks who play like this. Early on if you know their are players like this just play small ball and expect to see the river so you have to keep the pot small untill you know all the flushes and things dont make it. This sometimes works but you usually have to beat more people in the pot. You just have to realize that these guys will not win in the long run and you will. Just play the way you know how and shake off these bad beats

one way in tournies to avoid these types of problems is to play your big pairs very fast, raise big pre, or reraise if someone already opened the pot. on the flop bet big and turn and river do same

You can't do anything about bad suckouts'I think all online players have had these downswings. Just try to play through it and don't tilt and you should come out of it.

No hand wins all the time. Like the other guys are saying, it sounds like your doing fine. Getting beat is part of the game. If your hand is a 60/40 favorite your only going to win 6/10 times on average. You need to get that in your head. You want 2/5 to call you. You need to play more, and not get upset when you lose.

Now to the actual hand. You make a large raise and a player with almost twice as many chips calls your raise pre-flop out of position. Ignore that you know what he has for now. He makes a decent size bet on the flop (we know now that he was semi bluffing trying to steal it there). You have less then 2x the bet so a raise here doesn't really do anything unless you want to build the pot. You come over the top and put 390 extra in. There is no way he can fold here. He is comitted. And has more than the right odds to make money on the hand.

I question a few things:
1) Your preflop raise, why so much? You bet over 10x the bb. This is an obvious play of people with a scary hand that don't want action. 9s, 10s, jj, qq, even AQ or KQ sometimes. It also causes a problem for you because you don't have a lot of chips compared to that bet. It puts too large of your stack in play without really a reason for it. Is the 30 in blinds worth that much of a risk?
2) Post flop play. And there are a few questions here, I don't believe that poker is black and white and people do things for different reasons but why call the bet? With an over card on the board, I can see the enemy having an AQ very easily. He bet over half of your stack. Why did you feel that he didn't have the queen?
3) Why go all in? Its not going to push him off the hand, you don't have enough chips. A fold here on his part would be a bad play with almost anything.

I know its frusterating but some of it is on your part, for this hand at least. You have to take beats in the games. It is part of the game. Bad hands are going to call you and get lucky occasionally. You need to not get so upset when it happens or you won't last long playing.

The initial bet screams "don't call" I just want the blinds now.
And the amount you bet does not justify the gamble so early in a tourney.

The overcard on the flop should have been enough for you to get out, easily if you had only invested 3-4 BB. Remember 10's are a nice pair but any paint card on the flop puts you at risk.
His bet post flop was made to imply to you two things;
1) he had a better hand than you
2) he was willing to get all his chips involved.

I know sometimes it feels like you are always being beat on the river, sucked out on etc. but if you really look at this hand you put yourself in a bad position to begin with.
