Anyone else get this email today? Free 300fpp for filling out some survey. I am gonna use some of my fpps to satellitle into that 2 mill 10k fpp tourney.

Did anyone complete the survey and not receive their FPPs? They said we would be credited on the 18th and nothing yet.

Completed survey on the 11th.
no FPPs yet, fired another email to support.
Let's see how long before they respond?

you know what gets me i have been hearing a lot of these free thing PokerStars ahs been doing through email....free 5$ fre fpps...and not one to me o well maybe soon....always optimistic

Ive heard of people getting a free like $5-$10 after not playing for months.....I wonder if this is true

I've heard $5 if you've never deposited, but I think this is only true if you've never have had any $ in the "real money" section. Winning free roll money or getting a transfer from another player probably takes you off the list to receive the free $5. I think they just want you to experience what it's like to play for real I suppose.

No response yet from support. They're probably getting killed with emails by people wondering why they don't do what they promise.

They send it to the email account you have in your account profile at stars.
Anyone just can't find it and take it, it must be offered by PokerStars. That's why you see some people saying they didn't get offerred, in previous posts.

oh yeah the survey ...ok heres how you do it....go to your cashier in FullTilt the tranfers then put in 1000 then ChipaJones and your all done youll find 5$ in your account in no time

the sarcasm in this forum is unbelievable...can none be nice to a newcomer just beacuse they have a few posts ? everyone deserves to be treated the same.

It's not because you have few posts or that you're a newcomer. It's because of the question you asked, but that was surely a joke. Was I not nice? Gheesh? lol

I asked a legite question . Trying to say u wouldnt turn down FPPs for filling in a form?. I think not. Were supposed to be helpful around here. But end of the argument. I want to be friends not argue with people!

I learned a long time ago not to let the black & white (forum text) get to you. If something rubs you the wrong way, just take it with a grain and keep moving. In a forum you can't see nods & winks which may be there.

As for the free $5, I think it's if you've never deposited. My buddy and I used to play BD a lot and signed up for PokerStars, but never deposited, within a month or so we both got an email saying we had $5 in our accounts. Now that I play @ PS I never get free $$ from them, just their members .

Well it took longer than expected, something like 14 or 15 hours, but PokerStars shows why they're decent once again imo. Most in part because of the apology and knowing they did something wrong. I can accept that.

Well, I guess we'll see how long it takes them to send my hat now.
They say 4-6 weeks...

I live in New Zealand and they usually take about 3 weeks for me to get my gear etc. So shouldnt take exceptionaly long.

Well, it took a week and a day for it to be processed, shipped and arrive.
Ohio to Buffalo. DHL to USPS.

Bwa ha ha ha! I got my PokerStars hat for free, the old fashioned way!

By "the old fashioned way" I mean that my wife happened to be in Vegas during the WSoP and all the online companies were giving away tons of swag, so she got me a bunch of shirts and hats and decks and stuff.
Wives sure come in handy sometimes.

Um ok.

I didn't deposit or pay for it out of my pocket, so I'd say it was free.
