Strategy for Card dead

You find yourself in third hour of a multi tournament 200 from money still slight above average stack and your cards are dead for an hour. You have folded all hands and have lost part of stack too blinds. 4th hour comes you are less then average say 10 blinds and 30 too money . My question being card dead do you continue folding and maybe catch that one big hand that might limp you in the money or get real aggressive after showing such a tight image for over an hour and either build a decent stack or face blowing out.
