| Staying Focused I sometimes find myself unfocused in tournaments and this drastically hurts my play. When I am playing my best i can usually make the money at least. When I'm not focused i go out in the middle of the pack. Does anyone have any methods for staying extra focused? |

| During the break I do a few situps; jog around the block; splash cold water on face and arms. No phone calls; emails, etc. I suggest a song for your iPod by Don Henley: "How Bad Do You Want It?" "It" obviously in this case meaning cashing, moving up, or winning. You might try playing it when you start to lose focus. As Henley sings in that song: ''...You got to bring something to this party..." Hope some of this works for you. Enjoy |
