Starting to track stats....

I started to make a spreadsheet for my poker statistics. I am tracking the number of hands, starting bankroll, ending bankroll, pofit/loss, and time played for each time i sit down. Is there anything else i should be tracking? Also, i see people track the number of hands, is this the number of hands played or does it include folds preflop? Thanks

I would track both # of hands total and # of flops seen. If you're really serious about tracking your stats the pokertracker would be a very wise investment. More stats than you would know what to do with.

PAHUD + Pokertracker is a life saver for me. This saves you a lot of work, and you do not have to use your spread sheet anymore. PAHUD saves you the time to go into hand history to see what people have called you down with, cards will show automatically at the table. This is a brilliant tool both for nl and fl, as this will give you good reads on players

Did you leave PAHUD standard settings or did you guys but extra info on the board?

And does FTP send toursummaries to import in PT ?

I've read the article on Pokertracker, but I miss some detailed information.
On the PT forums there is alot of talk but can't really find specific use of the program(s).
