Start playing Poker again

Heloo I started playing Poker a yer ago, then I Stopped, now I want to get back on the horse but do not know wich poker room to pick.....what do you advise me?

I'd advise you to read all the similar threads that already exist on the subject and I'll give you the common answer: Full tilt or pokerstars

definitely fulltilt or pokerstars, especially if you are in the US. I prefer pokerstars, but that's just me

I prefer full tilt. I never really liked pokerstars but its up to you. Bodog is decent but i wouldnt choose anything else

I agree PS or FT. More games to choose from, better support. All around very professional.

Ive gotten where I play more PS cause i like there MTT's better but you cant go wrong with either one.

Alot depends on where you live. If you are unsure, pick one or both of the biggest sites, Full Tilt or PokerStars. I would choose Full Tilt if I were going to play tournaments or Sit&Goes as the rake is too great.

It also depends on your personal gameplay. Some people like certain sites over others for how fast play is, the level of competition and so on. Try out a few sites and see what you like

Full Tilt or Poker Stars

Pros and Cons
Poker Stars has better support - emails are answered sometimes under an hour - FTP takes hours

Poker Stars has more players but I think FTP has more skilled players

Poker Stars has an easier echeck process but I dislike how it shows "P Stars" on your bank statement - doesn't take a genius to figure that one out

FTP is faster paced - i.e Rush Poker

Poker Stars has personalized avatars

It comes down to preference. I've won more on FTP but still keep splashing the cash on Poker Stars. You could just play both

Full tilt or pokerstars like most said would be your best option. Most of the good players play on these two websites and they have a lot of tournaments per day that you can hone your skills. Good luck

play anywhere you can get a free bankroll!!!! there a ton of sites which offer 'NO DEPOSIT BONUSES' in which you can get 10-100 dollars simply for signing up with absolutely no deposit. they are the best way to start playing again so you don't have to play mind-numbing low yield freerolls. cheers
