Stars chat abuse. Is the response templated. Today, after really copping it unfairly from another person during a game I emailed PokerStars Support to tell them and this is what I got back. Hello Nick, Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. I have looked over the chat logs, and agree that some of these players' remarks were inappropriate. Our goal at PokerStars is to be a fun place to play, where everyone can feel comfortable. I have sent these players a warning asking that them to refrain from this type of behavior in the future. If this warning goes unheeded, chat privileges will be revoked. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Regards, Juan PokerStars Cashier Specialist Now I've sent a couple emails to pokerstars when people cross the line and this is the same thing I get back. Do PokerStars support even read these emails or are they just sending a standard template to shut me/us up? Also in their response it says things like: 1 - some of these players' (I'm only complaining about 1 player, why is this plural?) 2 - I have sent these players (as above) When you call the moderator on the table, it's always the same orange text that comes up. It seems the emails are the same deal. Is it even worth calling the moderator or emailing their support because this seems like they're not really paying attention. What would you do?

Yes they do. I know one guy as a joke called the moderator and they started with a general template response that people should stop the abusive comments but then they used another template response saying "people should please only call the moderator when there is really a problem".

I will agree 100% that in the online world of poker Stars are the best by far. I was just wondering because the responses seem to always be the same. Perhaps they are just dealt as a "stage 1 complaint" then personalized if the person wants to take it further. I will say their email response came within 10 minutes. If that happened with another site I wouldn't be surprised for a response with 72 hours.

Yes I have complained when the abuse is off the wall... first response was a template, but the second response was that a warning was sent. They usually have to be awful for me to send a complaint, so when they let me know a warning was sent I wonder wtf hasint anyone reported them before, lol.
