| stakes and winning I play all differnt stakes in NL holdem from the 1c/2c up to a $15/$30 depending on the site, these are ring games mind you so here my question, is it easyer for you to win at lower stakes then higher stakes ? all in all i do get sucked out more in the lower stakes then the higher stakes, but I do like to go back to my roots once in a while nad have some fun let me here what you have to say about this thanks |

| In my opinion the best level is marginally less than you can afford (and by "afford" I mean play long losing sessions every day for a week and still be afloat) If you go too high, you will play too conservative, or get too annoyed by loses. If you go too low, you will play too aggresive and not be satisfied by your return. I only ever consider this, and not the standard of the competition, because losing runs & awful bad beats will happen at all levels regardless of your ability. Have Fun, Welly |

| i like the 1/2 dollar tables personally. i like to think i'm the best at the table, while not getting drawn out on. it's hard to qualify both of these at either the microes or the high limit. i still play high stakes if after watching a table io know habits and can break them for a few hundred (coming off the street effects are great). but i don't like to gamble with 5%of my stack |
