Some advice please

I have a bit of a problem, and for the life of me, I am sure I am right here, but no one seems to be listening.

I have rake back with Full Tilt, and Absolute Poker. I wont name the company it is with. I signed up first of all with Absolute, quite a few years ago now. Then about 18 months or so ago I added Full Tilt with them also.

Both accounts paid the money directly in to my poker accounts, which was great, exactly what I wanted. Any way, I stopped playing poker for a while. I had a few emails saying that the payment options where changing,and you could keep it all in an account with the affiliate, or if you wanted choose the sweep option, and still have it paid in to your poker accounts. Great I'll do that, I never actually did anything, as it was set to that by default I believe.

When I started playing poker again, I got a general news letter from the affiliate , with a link to there page, so I went along and logged in to my account.

Only to find I my Balance was - $360. I emailed them, and they kept saying thats correct, giving me figures of what had been paid, and what I had earned. How on earth can I have a minus balance I keep saying to them, I have never made a withdrawal.

I get no sense out of them, they just keep saying the same thing, Turn the sweep option off and earn yourself back up to a plus balance!

My weekly payments have still been going in to Full Tilt , but it didn't go in to my account this friday, so I am wondering if they have blocked me now.

I had a quick look at my history, and I got a balance of minus $46 for may last year, surely I can't be charged for not playing ?

Anyone who knows what they are on about can put me right ? and give me some advice what to do.

Did you buy anything from the Full Tilt store using your points ?

I did actually, quite a while ago now, it was only a book though, not $360 quids worth !

How does that work?

I have always had questions about the rakeback programs out there. I have not signed up for one and this problem does not have me rushing out to get into one at this time.Sorry about your luck.
