SNG ROI and Bankroll question

Hello everyone I am new to this site and had a couple questions? I have been playing poker now for about 3 months for a living. I play SNG on Full Tilt under screenname Toerazor and also play live since I live in Lake Tahoe NV. My question was if 30% ROI is attainable at $30 SNG level. You can shakrscope if you want more specific details. But on all the sites I read that 15-20% should be expected. But alot of these sites apply these ROI to turbo SNG and I only play regular SNG. So how much of a ROI jump is there from turbos to regular. Also I was wondering if I should wait till I have 5K so that I have 100 buy ins to move up to the $50 SNG's. I play live at night about 4 times a week also but keep my live and online bankrolls seperate. Thanks alot. Keep Grindin.

I can't tell you how much of a jump there is from Turbos to normal ones because I don't play Turbos. But I suppose there's quite an ROI gain due to the massively decreased luck component in Non-Turbos.

My ROI over 667 tournaments is 23.5% (average buy-in $34).
However, this may be a bit on the high side due to positive variance.

Either way, I believe that 20% is sustainable for a strong player in Non-Turbo SNGs. 30% seems too high.

I've read somewhere about this but can't seem to recall how it changes for turbos and ultra turbos... will try to find this info and get back to you guys.
