self exclusion
As of the last 4 days i have really been running bad dropping 28% of my bankroll.I started to get extremely frustrated and was tilting so badly.
Then it hit me,the only way i was going to save my money and not lose anymore was to self exclude myself for a 1 week period and it has really helped me out, when i was tilting i was not performing at my job as good as i should have and i was starting to get tempered very quickly with other people but since i excluded myself and took poker off my mind i really was able to get back to living my life how i wanted to.{it also got me off bajunky tilt}.And now poker is more fun as if im discovering it agin for the first time and it is really a good feeling not taking it too seriously. if u are on a major downswing i suggest u exclude urself and focus on other things to get ur ming off or ur loses |

Good for you.
I find that I naturally self-exclude myself because I don't feel like playing after losing a few buy-ins. But it's good to recognise when you're not playing well or you're tilted and take a break. |
