Ok, hear me out. We have a place here on the river called mill creek. In this creek lives a species of crawfish that exists no where else on this PLANET. They want to build a marina there...a BIG marina. the residue from the boats and the habitat it will destroy is unbelievable .

Ive been talking to Vic Scoggin, he swam the entire length of the cumberland river in 1996 in an effort to bring attention to our river and the pollution that has become common place.

The only way to save mill creek is to buy it, the man is not a quitter, but tonight he told me the only way to save mill creek is if you know people willing to save it.

I thought about ya'll......Im going to visit every forum Im a part of and pray we can raise this money.

I'll post the links below.
For anyone that loves this planet and hates big goverment, heres one for us.

PLEASE HELP SAVE MILL CREEK

this is a copy of our last email

Nelson, I hate to say it but at this point money is the only thing that will
help. If you know anybody including yourself than can donate any amount ie; a
dollar from a million people is a million dollars. That is my fundraising motto.
It doesn't take a whole lot from one person. Anyway any ideas or people than can
donate to Suntrust Bank, Bellevue Branch,7121 Hwy. 70 S, Nashville Tn. 37221,
Ph.# 615-391-2265, or any Suntrust Bank, www.suntrust.com Make out check or
money order to "Save The Cumberland River Fund" You can also send your donations
to Save The Cumberland P.O. Box 247 Pegram, Tn. 37143-0247. Everything is tax
deductible. At this point there is nothing else to do but litigation. Happy
Waterways, Vic Scoggin Home Page
