satellite tickets Hi all just a quick question and I've seen it asked to a degree before but still unsure. It's weather or not for example, a satellite ticket for the Sunday "500k guranteed" won via $215 dollar 6 man H-Turbo (2 places available) are redeemable to cash should you win one or any other satellite of any amount of buy-in for that matter. The reason I'm asking is that I see numerous of people multi-tabling these tables, like up to 10 at a time. I'm sat there thinking, well if they can afford 10 x $250 I'm sure it really wouldn't break their bankroll in the slightness to just buy a $500 "500k guaranteed" tournament ticket outright? Oh and added to the fact that some of these people are already signed up to this very tournament they are still trying to win tickets too. This leads me to the conclusion that there must be some benefit to them doing it? (Surely not for the VPP's or FPP's because there would be a better way of earning them whilst not paying out these amounts) I have heard before that this is NOT possible, you can only "sell" a step 4 ticket and that being only used for a $215 dollar tourney or the Sunday Million. Any thoughts on this would be great...any actual facts would be better on. ps:Jorj95 comes to mind to...

Firstly, FT have binned quite a lot of the 'ticket only' prizes and gone back to paying in tournament dollars. It depends on the game I think, but the majority are back to that now (apart from the FT Point games - I think they are all ticket prizes instead of a pile of points). But, aside from that, FT have a league board each week which is essentially a satellite race. Whoever wins most entries into Double Deuce/Sunday Brawl/$750k etc all win a cash prize (used to be $1000 for first place I think). If I remember rightly there is a link to the league on the lobby page of most of the satellite games. Failing that it'll be on the Full Tilt homepage. Hope this actually exists and I didn't dream it! ;-) Hope that helps.

The guys who play these take the T$ and add that to their bankroll. And then when they bubble, which they do once in a while, they win real $, which they can withdraw. Plus they usually reach supernova elite, which gives them a lot of rakeback, and advantages.
