| Running bad or playing bad? I just don't get it, I've been playing online poker for almost a year now and I have extreme periods where I'm winning and losing. When I started I was probably the most steady, I went from $60 to $1000 in a few months. Then I went from $1000 to $8000 in like 2 weeks. Then I went from $8000 to like $5000 in a few weeks. Now I'm slowly winning. I rarely play ring games and I usually play Sngs or MTTs. Is such big varience normal? Do you think I'm playing bad during these supposed "downswings" or are they just periods of awful luck? |
