K-high straight flush is the best i've personally ever had. Seen a royal in a ring game i was playing and also had somebody get a royal vs me in heads up. I think the odds are like 1 in 650 000 or somethign? So it is quite possible you could play poker for a very very long time and never see one.

I've had two. Both in freerolls.

I flopped a RF draw (which was also the nut-flush) about 10 days ago, but nobody called my minimum raise.

I saw one at a table around 2 weeks ago at Pokerstars. He hitted them on the flob aswell, really funny since 3 people went all in on the same hand.

I have played about 600K hands over the last 2.5 years. I've had 3 in omaha, but only 1 in Texas holdem. I also lost to 1 in Omaha when I had 4 aces. I have seen other players with them maybe 8 or 10 times. Are the odds 1 in 512,000 or something like that??

I've never had one - my best hand has been numerous straight flushes but I have seen two.

One was online in a freeroll on CakePoker ages ago and one was actually in live play at a tournament we had between 10 of us - my mate actually flopped it and had another player bet into him.

Online since '03 I've had exactly 1 a year till last winter when I hit 3 in 2 months. Figure it'll be a couple of years till I see another one as paybacks for this winter.

I'm sure I've gotten more than average, I've played for about a year and I have gotten three of them. Once (although it was a freeroll) made out huge - it was pre-bubble and i busted 3 guys w/ it (they all had full houses, str8s, etc).

One of them was a non-casher.

And I just got one a few weeks ago in the dumbest of circumstances - I registered for the Hubble freeroll w/ no intention to play it, went all in first hand with K10o, the Kh hit the Royal flush. I then preceeded to lose all that money all-in money on 2-3 more all ins

I think that pokerstars and other sites should set up a system where if you get a royal flush they should send you a t-shirt or something in the mail - that'd be pretty sweet.

Holy crap Joe, read what you are writing BEFORE you submit it.

My only hope is that no one saw the original.

I got my 3rd Royal last night in a 6 man Sit n' go... Flop came AQT h, it checked to the guy on the button who pushed and i just called trying to induce another caller or 2. He turns over AT and calls me a cheater, it was so funny.
