Regarding Titan Software???

Hi all,
Sorry I didn't know where to post this Nick, if you think it belongs in a thread then please move it.
I downloaded and installed the Titan software but when I call it up to create an account I just get a white screen, did or has anyone else got this and if so can you tell me what you did to rectify it? I don't see me getting to play there if I cannot create an account. It installed fine and the icon is on the desktop and when I click it the software opens up ok, it just goes to a blank screen when I click on create an account. I'm thinking it might be my computer settings or something but all the other poker rooms run ok, it's not a java or flash error, just a blank screen. Any suggestions? I'd really like to play there.

Have you uninstalled and tried to re-install the program?
Do any of the other features work or is it just the create an account screen?
I didn't have any trouble with Titan like you are describing.
Try again is my only suggestion or try calling customer support.

Did you install Titan via the link here at the forum?
You might get a smoother ride that way.
Either way you will have to uninstall what you have already.

Thankyou, I will try and download them again, doesn't seem to be any errors at all with the software itself, just the create an account screen won't come up, thanks again.

I had this problem at Titan a little while back, it was my firewall settings. Try switching off your firewall just before you try it the next time.

Also, turn off any/all spywareware programs you might have running on your comp. Titan has a little tracking cookie placed in their software and they might be conflicting.
