Recording Video

Hey i was thinking about recording a video of myself playing and giving my thought process so then a few days later i could watch it and look at my game from a different angle. I was wondering if this is a good idea and if so what programs could record what is going on, on the computer screne (i have microsoft).

Google up "screen capture freeware". That's what you are looing for.
