REAL problems with Carbon Poker

Don't reallyknow where to post this so i"ll try here. Looks about right. Man oh man! I have tried a gazillion times to try and get on C/B. Being ME I might have screwed up pretty bad trying to register. I have also sent 20 or so requests to their support via my email with no response at all. I'm just kind of wundering here if maybe CC or some one associated with it has any pull over there to help me get registered. Like, maybe you could send them an email and have someone from there support contact me. I reallywould like to get on their site since I like the format and would like to play with CC members over there. Any Help?????

Wish I could help...I registered with Carbon, then my password wouldn't let me into the site or forum. Finally gave up trying and played on another site.
Great site, useless customer service, useless follow up.
Way to go Carbon !

Use a different email address than you used on either reefer or on poker.com that may work.

I don't know why everyone hates carbon??? I've never had a problem there logging in or playing. You just have to fend of the barrage of Romanians.

I wish carbon had the instant chat like so many other sites. Although in my experience the people many thoughs calls have little knowledge atleast you can voice your concern right away and have the issue forwarded on to the right person. Carbons freerolls are a pain in the you know what. They only pay the final table and I keep bubbling. You commit a few hours of your life and survive over 1000 players and you still get nothing.

Carbon Problems?

Geez! Don't know what tp tell ya! I've always had good luck w/Carbon! I do know of one guy, tho, who had a real problem with the BJ table--sumpin' about not bein' able to control the the amounts of his bets---it would just keep entering the max bet! Guess he lost ALOT of money!! AND has had a hard time getting anywhere with the Carbon folks, either! GL!

this site crashes like a mofo...if you can go 30 minutes without some sort of "runtime error," thus killing your session...you're some sort of god...as for your question..hell i don't even remember what you were asking about haha

I've never had any kind of error on Carbon. Unless you count losing my chips. I've been on there for about two months now and nothing. I am running high speed internet and I know that helps. People who try to play on poker sites with phone lines are usually in for trouble.

Kind of funny, but right after I posted this yesterday I had my first disconnect on Carbon. Someone crashed into a telephone pole in the neighboring town and brought 1600 internet connections to a screeching halt.

But still no live disconnect... good job carbon!

I have had few tech problems at Carbon and am surprised with the negative remarks posted. They also have a lot of freerolls and I personally find the format of the siite very comfortable. So far it is my favorite site.

Never had a problem with any of the merge network sites. BTW Roland, any game in the Carbon lobby private or not can be played from Poker.com site.

Good site

Whatever the site, it will have its detractors.

I've found Carbon to be one of my favorite sites, and I've played them all. Good user interface, nice incentive systems, good live chat support, reliable software that's never crashed on me.
