Reading all of this CRAP makes me puke !

After reading post after post after post on several Poker Forum Sites , My final opinion of all of this is " BLAH " . Everyone that posts these posts about freerolls and tournaments on-line on several poker sites are all " Mentally Ill " . All of these tournaments are run by your friendly poker computer who knows fronm the very start who is going to win the tournament . The computer program will move the eventual winner from table to table until finally finding the right table and the right table position for him , or her , to make their unbelievable winning run with hands that are unbeatable . In 10 years of wasting countless hours of playing these freerolls and watching theis happening time and time again at every poker site on the web , I finally gave up on loosing countless hours of sitting in front of my computer hoping that I would be the one that would eventually get transferred to the right table and the right seat , where I would get these unbeatable hands that I have seen , but in 10 years it has never happened to me even once . I even loose to the same exact hand and I lost on one of the tournaments that I had just finished playing , card per card , suite by suite . Exact hand to a " tee " ! Playing live at a casino , at least you stand a chance with strategy . On-line , you stand NO CHANCE AT ALL UNLESS THE COMPUTER HAS PICKED YOU IN ADVANCE TO WIN .... What a bunch of " horseshit " . 10 years os wasting countless hours and playing on the web and scritinizing the freerolls that I have played , followed by countless hours of studying my hands and table positions , I have finally given up because on-line poker is the " DIRTIEST " , " MOST UNFAIR " , " LOW DOWN " gambling game that I have ever seen on the web . Bottom line : " ON-LINE POKER SUCKS " !

Perhaps you're just not very good at poker?

No, wait, you're probably right - sites rigging their freerolls is a much more plausible explanation for you not winning.

bravo dorkus, my only question to the OP, have you REALLY seen this? And by seen it I dont mean his ak beat your pocket 3s with a "miracle" ace on the river, I mean watched this "anointed" person through the whole tourney and never lose?

I did once, it was amazing, the anointed one (his name was "IWZPIKED2WN") hit quint aces!!!!!!!! HE COULDNT LOSE!

Oops...I just made a post in zippy's closed thread (because I could) that was similar to the general sentiment here. (Guess I'm trying to think like the great minds.)

At least the tune has changed a littile. OPs last pet theory was that freeroll winners were "always" ringers planted by the poker sites, in an obvious effort to keep from going busto by actually having to pay out the huge sums involved in freerolls.

I understand there'll be a new hot poker forum up and running soon where you'd doubtless feel right at home.

guys i go all in on stupid hands and they keep losing and ive been playing for 10 years but i still lose all freerolls i think they are hacked or possibly pie, please advise.

I hate to say it, but I agree with zippo on this. I have played my share of freerolls and I've had my share of bad beats and losses, but I have never ever come across some of the luck these other players have.

For example, the other day I was playing a freeroll on Full Tilt Poker. I had been sitting at a table for almost and hour and only got one good hand, 10s10c and I lost to a bigger pair so I was below average. Suddenly, I get moved to a new table, but my old table screen was open and one of the chip leaders took my old seat. So, I watched him play for a bit and he showed down AA twice, KK three times, he flopped 4 straights in a row, and rivered 6 or 7 flushes in less than an hour and I couldnt get anything! Needless to say, he went on to win the tournament and I was busted out after blinds got to 100/200 and I only hand 1100 starting from 1500 and playing for 2 hours.

Or when I was dealt 10cAc and the flop comes out Ad 5d 9c. I check and my opponent checks. The turn is Jc. My opponent bets, I reraise, he reraises me, and I go all in. My opponent shows Qd Kh for a gutshot and I have one of his outs. And whats on the river? A 10 of course! Not to mention earlier, I was call a raise with and open-ended straight draw + flush draw + 2 over cards for about 15 outs and I cant even hit one, but these freeroll luck boxes can hit 3 outers?! Give me a break.

I think freerolls are definitely rigged. There is no way I can get that unlucky.

Zippo, I'm so glad to see a like minded person. Maybe you can help me out with something? When you put the tinfoil in your cap (I won't just put it on my head...don't want to look like an idiot) is it shiny side in or shiny side out?
It's very important that the aliens can't read your thoughts but I've heard that if you have it the wrong way around your brain will cook in it's own juices .
Please help coz I'm starting to FREAK OUT!!!

I do believe that there were NO ONLINE TOURNAMENTS 10 years ago!. You could find ring games, I played em, for free too.

I may be way wrong, and perhaps zippo was one of the pioneers of online poker tourneys.

Stop with the jokes and the bad talking, please. Just because you got lucky in some rigged freeroll doesnt mean you have to come here and talk bad about someone who is obviously speaking the truth.

Freerolls are rigged.

so in the three tourneys i have won in the last four days, i was pre-selected by the computer and all i had to do was just push in chips and I couldn't lose. dammit, all that time wated playing well. and there i was thinking I had improved my game. oh well, better get back to winning by pure luck
