Rakeback without Deposit?

Hi,

so my question is what if i signed up with a rakeback website, in this case raketherake.com, will i be able to collect rake? I haven't deposited any money at this point but have cashed in multiple freerolls and have established a bankroll at this point. I've collected some full tilt points at the moment and am wondering whether im going to get rake on that in the near future.

I believe I collected rakeback on Absolute without making a deposit.

you should be able to collect rake without

having to deposit, but i am not 100 percent

You should get rakeback if you've played real money cash games or tournies with your new bankroll, not on any freerolls through which you acquired that money. Although your best bet for any questions you have would be to e-mail your rackback site itself, they'll know a lot more than we will.

Does anybody know how long rakeback sites usually update the status of the rake? I've been playing with real money for a few days but there hasn't been any updates on the status of the rake.

Presumably you are aware that it is not enough simply to sign up with a rakeback website, you also have to open your account at the poker site using the rakeback provider's link?

Thats another question that you should ask the specific rake website that you are using.

This info (how often they update) should be available at the rakeback affiliate's site. As for payment, it varies by poker site. Most pay once monthly, several days to two weeks after the end of the month. Carbon pays daily, and it appears that Carbon pays you directly, whereas for most other sites the payment comes as a transfer from the affiliate.

I have heard RTR updates once a day M-F. I dont know why they do not update on saturday and sunday.

I recently opened a new account at Full tilt through a rake site.What happens is,that for an existing account you could try and get rake only at the rake site mentioned in the previous threads(don't want to make free advertising), otherwise you must open a new account through any rake site,The thing is that in order to get a rake for an existing account,this account shouldn't be by no means real money account.The time and the ways of payment of the rakeback are clearly mentioned in all rake sites.Full tilt refunds the rake every friday for instance
