| Raise Preflop in Omaha hi/lo In Omaha hi/lo the game does not start until after the flop. One can have a great starting hand pre flop, and had it turn to rubbish after the flop. My question to the CCs is this: What do you thing about raising pre flop in Omaha hi/lo? Personally I will call a small raise if I have a decent starting hand. But, will fold almost any hand preflop if the raise is too steep. If I am at a ring table where there is lots of raising preflop, I will change tables. Just like to get some input. thanks, angie |

I have hands close to that which turned to rubish after the flop. Let me tell you a story. I had a good stack once in Omaha hi and wanted to make it to the money. So, I was going to blind out. I said I would not bet or call anything other than AAKK double suited. Lo and behold, that hand came up. I called a big bet preflop and lost. haha. Did not make the money. Thanks for reply, angie |
