Raise/Fold Limit Poker

have you guys ever seen this style of betting?
pokerroom has alot of rooms with this.
the gist of it is you can't call...only raise or fold (duh)
so you must cap it or call the cap if you want to stay in
ridiculous. but interesting.
what do you guys think
