Thanks in advance

Step 1: Mail support

Step 2: Wait about 6 years for reply from support

Step 3: Rejoice as you now know how many raked hands you had 6 years ago!

Or just step 1 and you get an answer, if yer lucky.

Thanks guys,

I emailed support and here is what they said.

Dear Tina,

Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.

Hi, this is Dodie from the Support Team.

We have just recently upgraded our system for us to know how many
points/rake hands a player earned in an easiest way.

As we have lots of basis in checking your points, please let us know
what is the reason of your query about your rake hands.

Please note that, we only intend to know the reason for us to give you
the correct amount of your raked hands.

We would also like to inform you that we asked for the reason because
earning your raked hands on how close you are in receiving your first
deposit bonus is totally different from raked hands to know if you can be
eligible to play in any tournaments.

We await your response and thank you so much for your continued
patronage by playing in our poker site.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to
contact the Titan Poker Support Team. We are available 24 Hours a day, 7
days a week.

Yeah this answers my question.
What do I tell them? DO I tell them I want to know since I want you all to send me a check? Think they will tell me after that?

lol

you asked a question and they ask why you ask the question lmao

So if you asked what is the capital of England? they would say why do you ask.

it depends if you live in england but if you live in france it is a different answer either way we wont tell you cos we are mean :(

well, dang it I want my freeroll money out of there. And I know you have to have 250 raked hands to get it.

(btw) starting to panic just a wee little bit now :D

Well, you can either tell them that or be awkward and say "I just want to know, I think I'm entitled to the information".

I'd suggest the first one as trying to start any dialogue with Titan support is somewhat akin to teaching a chimp calculus.

Why not just ask to withdraw and if they deny you then you can ask how many more hands you need to go?

That's a good idea Freak!
I wrote back to them this:

Dear Dodie,

Thank you for your reply. I would like to know how many raked hands I have currently because I would like to make sure I have enough raked hands in for getting a withdrawal. The money I have in my account has been from mostly Cardschat's freerolls, Cardschat's buyins and some sngs I have played in the past.
So this is why I would like to know this information.

Thank you
Tina

Their response.........The Big Dummmies!

DEE DEE DEEEEEEEE!

Dear Tina,

Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.

Hi this is KC from the Support team.

With regard to your concern Tina, would you be so kind to give us a
brief explanation why you want to have your rakehands. Please note that we have just recently upgraded our system.(sheesh just thought I did?)

Please be informed that the all points buy-in tournament is based on
the Points you have earned not the rakehands.

You may view your points by going to "My Account and checked your
points.

Your satisfaction is our main goal and we will work even harder to
maintain it. It is a pleasure having you as a member and we look forward in
being of service to you again.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to
contact the Titan Poker Support Team.

Yeah, if you've deposited cash to site, you can withdraw what you've got, regardless of whether you won it from freerolls or not - it's only the non-depositors that have to clear freeroll winnings.

Wow, they suck.

I've played a bit since then, mostly CC-related stuff, and Titan spams me every few minutes with this inane message about how they no longer welcome U.S. players. And I'm like "yeah, I heard, but I'm Canadian so stop spamming me with this" but it never ceases. Honestly I think they are just trying to scare their remaining players away at this point.

Just look in your account section. If you have 250 titan points you can withdraw it.

Rotty, no I haven't tried to withdraw it yet. Think I will try do so tonight.

Rob, I never got to deposit on Titan. Everything I had in there was basically from freerolls and buyins from the freerolls. I had it up at one point to nearly $70. played a few and went down to $61. then when I started donking it off thinking I would never see it, but something told me to look at my points. So that's where I am at. I have about $46. in there currently after my donk fest.

Well I was incorrect, I had almost $56. in there. I tried to withdraw it and we'll see.
I'll keep you up to date on it.

I tried a withdrawal Monday night and got the typical auto-email but here is what I got from them this morning.
