Freerolls differ from site to site, I used to play freerolls on T6 poker but that is a six seat per table site. On the plus side they have freerolls every hour.

On some sites you need to deposit before you can withdraw you winnings some sites you need to play raked hand to unlock the money you make, I believe there is a section on freerolls and what sites reqirements are in either the freeroll section or golden archive parts of the forums.

Personally I have played at bodog, Ft, pokerstars, and T6 freerolls and had a little money out of Bodog and T6 which I used to play sit n gos with. After a while I got tired and frustrated with playing 5 hours of poker and getting pennies so I deposited at pokerstars, which is good because you can deposit just 10 dollars if you like but bad because there are no micro stake sngs and only a few micro mtts.

Hope this helps some and gl.

P.s. If you are thinking of depositing at a site sign up via the links on this site and use the codes given.

Full Tilt you have to be extremely quick at registering, because their freerolls are normaly full (2700 people) within 40 seconds of registration opening, then you play for about five hours, and it is all for a measly $150 total prize money.

Even though Bodog have now cut their freeroll prize money to $500 it is still very generous prize money, and you have a lesiurely two hours in which to register before it starts. Ultimatebet have freerolls virtually every hour.

I think if you join titan poker thru a Card chat link, you get in a $1000 freeroll on a thursday every month for Card chat members.

But i'am not sure, I have not tryed it yet.

You are correct, for people outside the US this is a very worthwhile freeroll to be involved with. You need to sign up through the Cardschat link, and make a deposit. The thousand dollar freeroll is (theoretically) on the last Thursday of every month.

A-freakin-men! PokerStars freerolls are a giant waste of time. Ill do them if Im bored, but theres nothing like trying to win a ticket to another freeroll against 10,000 people!!!!!

FullTilt, yes, you must be quick and spend your life devoted to the competition of registering for a tournament. Its a damned race! And the sad part is Ive lost that race quite a few times.

Ultimatebet has them about every hour (I think someone said that already). But Ive never NOT been able to register for one. 5000 max players and registration that runs right up untill the point of when it starts. I know they all are like that, but Ive been declined on PokerStars because it couldnt get me seated quick enough before the tourney started.

Doyles Room...hmm, Ive never been able to get on to one of their freerolls. It seems to me they dont have them very often.

Party Poker, live in the US? Forget it then. Our wonderful government has taken PP away from US players.

As a freeroll junkie, I recomend Ultimatebet.

It is true that most PS freerolls are a joke but the daily fifty grand satellite is worth a punt now and again.

If i am not wrong then that is the practice which is being followed by all the forums almost.

Carbon poker has 4 $50 freerolls every day plus for new members you can enter another 4 freerolls for your first 30 days.

If you are a regular depositor then they also have loads of freerolls which you can earn places into through paying rake and earning points.

They are definitely winnable and I've got a nice healthy $65 earnt just from the freerolls.

Bodog has some of the best freerolls. Also the various forums like here also offer freerolls to members. I think these are some of the better values out there. You generally get fewer players and a higher caliber of play then you do in a public freeroll.
