Is there different terminology for quads where you have 2 in your hand and 2 on the board, versus 3 on the board and one in your hand? (cf. set vs trips)

I've never seen or heard a distinction made. Any which way you are said to be holding quads, a book, or a case regarless of holding one or two of them in your hand.
