PT3 help

Just wondering ive been trying to review my HH, ever since ive got pt3, my HH hasnt been saving in the designated file folder.

im guessing this has something to do with postgresql taking the files and storing them elsewhere? anyone know whats happening?

Also, does everyone else who uses pokerstars have to download the new update like 3-4 times per day?? they usually have a lot of updates but never this many.

The HH's are loaded to the file folder designated in the site client. postgresql doesn't move files. PT3 will move the file after it has been read to another folder per your configuration (so it doesn't have to read the HH again later).

My guess is that you haven't designated where HH's are to be saved in the site client? For FT, as an example, in the main lobby Options/Hand History?

Haven't noticed this at all. I usually only notice this maybe twice a month, haven't noticed it over the last week or so (I think there was an update early last week?).

yeah ive saved the HH in full tilt and in PS to the designated folders otherwise PT3 wouldnt read them

so i guess i need to find where Pt3 is moving them too

your hands are being moved to the PT3 folder called processed.
