PT3,HEH, cheating????

I was just wondering how many people think that useing Pt3 and heh is a form of cheating or just an advantage. Also just because it's legal doesn't make it right. I don't care either way. But I think it is a form of cheating but i will still use it. Just a question so plz don't flame me.

Why do you think it is a form of cheating?

Because you are using a machine to keep track of hands that can caculate and analyze the way some one plays. You cann't take your laptop in to a casino and start tracking people and how they play.

I'm not saying that i would never use PT3 or HEH cuz i would but i still feel its a form of cheating.

Do you think it is considered cheating by writing everything down about another persons play in order to get a better read on the player?
That is all HEM does and Pokertracker just keeps track of your play along side of other players.
These programs are out there to make it easier to keep notes, plain and simple.

Takeing note is you doing the work. The program does all the work for you.

Sure it may do all the work, but it's up to you how to interpret that info and use it to your advantage and these programs will never tell you what the right move is.

I have to agree with the replies in this post. Using PT3 or HEM just makes good sense and is good online poker playing.

Don't sweat it.....it is not cheating.
