URGH

Now I am a bit worried. =\

I was just playing, went to an appointment, had to leave in the middle of a sat, so I left it running, came back restarted, did a few things, sat down... "contact support".

I know from members experience from another forum I am a member at that when they get a message to contact support it means that the pokersite has frozen the account pending an investigation for some reason.

Yours may be a simple fix of course.

I wouldn't get too worried until you hear back from them.

URGH That is what I figured. I played the million at my grandmothers yesterday and went on to donk away a hundred or so at my moms. Then played today and had to leave halfway through a sat. Didnt think any of this would matter though?? Unless someone robbed me. lol (not really lol)

Normally Pokerstars is very quick about any investigations they do on an account. Once the account in reinstated the money is still in tact.

Best guess would be that the multiple IPs recently tripped something at Stars. You'll probably just have to explain and then get your access back. Or they'll keep your monies and and give it out as new deposit bonuses (hey that money has to come from somewhere).

lolz! You suck!

Why would the fact that I played from 5 different houses (plus the coffee shop) matter to them. I know why this is happening, it is because they just gave out all of those 20% bonuses today. My bankroll is part of the bonus.

(tbh paranoia about losing my monies - that it took me forever to be able to lose a few hundreds and not worry - is not a good feeling)
(not to mention my fpps)

Well this is not at all comforting:

Hello Scott,

Thank you for your email.

It would be helpful if you could provide us with the message that
you're
receiving, including any error numbers.

We will then be able to assist you further.

Regards,

Kiel

I tried to reinstall Stars. No good. =(

Edit: this has got to be bad. they are saying they didnt do anything and telling me to unblock them with my firewall!! Maybe they cant tell that I have played 60,000 hours of poker with no problems!! I am smart enough to reboot my machine and reinstall the client. lol

I cant believe that they cant tell me anything. The friggin popup says contact support. Does anyone know if that is what it does if logged in somewhere else?
I would hope that if something does happen, that they dont act like FT and tell me I am screwed. I mean my PokerStars account is like my bank account.

No - it tells you that you are already logged in to another computer and must log out.

Thanks. I cant figure it out, if they didnt freeze it and I cant log on anywhere (and no one is logged on somewhere else), what could it be?

I dont have alot compared to some people, but I have an above average br I think. It isnt a good feeling, not being able to get into your account.

I signed up for that IntelliPoker the other day. Not sure if that could have anything to do with it.

Nothing. Sent logs to PokerStars. Not feeling too great about possible reasons for this. I would think that it could be blocked on my end, but you can check the network and it connects to Stars fine.

Well I got it to work. Or they did something, because all I did was wipe everybit of Stars stuff off of my com, then started it all over.
