| Prepaid Visa cards at Pokerstars I know there are threads about this up already, and I know they worked previously, but I have heard of them not working lately. Has anyone recently deposited on pokerstars using a prepaid visa card? I am pretty sure I am going to deposit some money there and just wondering if I should go out and buy one or use moneygram. |

| re: Prepaid Visa cards at Pokerstars Hm. I'll have to look at that next time I'm at a Walgreens (all the ones from 711 and Rite Aid have a basic gold package) Have those cards worked for you in different denominations? I got the $25 one when I tried. I wound up using it to buy a CD on Amazon I wound up not liking, ha. Don't want that to happen again |

However - here is the real problem. Most credit card companies are blocking PayTru transactions because they know it is for gambling - just like Epassporte. I have credit cards from 3 different companies. Last month the first one I used declined. The second worked. However now the second one is declining also. So I tried my last one - and it worked. It happens to be the company I work for - and I know it is a short matter of time before they start declining too. So - I will probably load up my pokerstars account quite heavily today or purchase a gift2go prepaid card and try it. Good luck! |
