PPA freeroll question...

Why can't i sign up? lol, I try to register and get this... "We're sorry, but these PPA Freeroll tournaments are only open to players from within the United States." However i do believe Houston, Texas is still within the US, or am I lost?

did you try registering at ppa through full tilt. Full tilt has a link to ppa and it is not that hard to join the ppa. I joined when I got an email from full tilt telling me about the Poker Players Alliance. It is a good thing they are trying to get as many members so that they can get the laws changed here in the US so that we can play poker online. Good Luck

You have to be a member of the Poker Players Alliance in order to play in their freeroll.

I am a member of the PPA but it still wont let me play... its annoying me that they think they know where i live lol

You are not alone! The same thing happened to me LRD. I registered, but there was something strange happening (with server glitches I believe, which happens) so I never got to play PPA. I still don't get to register for the games.

You're in Texas, which is in the US, albeit it is close to Mexico!

I'm in California... so I'm not surprised if it's not considered the US. We are about to fall into the ocean, & we're the land of fruit & nuts and the Twinkie defense.

Good luck, I hope we both find our way home to PPA.

Haha well hopefully you learn to swim soon, and I luckily already know how to talk Spanish so i can speak to my Mexican neighbors haha

Maybe your email comes via Mexio lol. I had computer problems the link wouldn't pop up to join. Fixed that played and didn't do so hot. No big surprise since I am still an amatuer at this. 5 people at the table were no shows which made it hard for me. Was disappointed when I figured out one chance is all you get. haha Will it allow you in one other sites as well? Or once they have your name/email you can't enter another one?

i had this problem too. but it changed win i filled out my address information on my account. thats probably the problem.
