What is your average % and what do you think is optimal % to when at showdown? I would assume 100% is bad thing because it can mean you fold too much? Mine is about 35-45% usually at both limit and NL. I would say I call too much.

I was also reading Ed Miller small: stakes expert play. The book states you should only really be calling once a hour? Guessing that would be 3-5 online. This seems to be way too little. What is your take on that?
