Pokertracker queston

I have just downloaded the free trial but when i try and inport hands it keeps telling me that it can't do this as i need to up date me daterbase,I'm afraid i am a bit thick when it comes to this so can someone please tell me what i have got to do

Did you download the version with the database? did it install correctly?

Do you have vista or 7? if so did you turn off UAC?

If the database was installed without UAC enabled, try downloading the latest one without the database and installing it over your existing copy, Don't uninstall first.
