Pokerstars Support Sucks

I was playing a game where 2 players kept raising and re-raising and it looked very suspicious. For example here is what happened:

Player A: Min Raise
Me: I call
Player B: Re-raise

And then they keep re min raising each other. This looked quite suspicious or another example

Me: I raise 5x BB with pocket 10
Player A: Re-raise
Player B: Re-raise
Player C: Re-raise
Player B: I call down the pot until the end. Player B calls me down with Q-2.

Or when I'm in BLIND they always make a huge raise like 10x the BB and then fold.

So, I complain to poker star support and what do they do? I wrote "f**ing cheaters" and they replied "f**ing light". They ban my chat for 24 hours for that. No mention on whether or not they will even look to see if the players were colluding or the same player.

Pokerstars support is traditionally the best around. They banned your chat for the way you responded, which is against their rules. If you sent them objective analysis of why you thought the players were collufing, they will look into it; they take such situations very seriously.

Correct. I gave PokerStars support the screen name of the person I think is a bot, and now I am waiting for their results.

Pokerstars has the best support in the business, so if it's unsatisfactory you should quit playing online.

I'm glad you got chat-banned for profanity. That means PokerStars is doing what they're supposed to.

If you report suspected cheating they will look into it. They'll review that game to see if people are colluding (building up the pot when one has junk and the other has a good hand), and they'll also view all of their past games to see if there's a pattern of this going on.

When cheating is found they confiscate the $ and they give reimburse the people who they took it from. Someone here got a reimbursement from some games he played in where there was cheating, and he had no idea that cheating was going on.

Pokerstars support is by far the best....

I dunno about swearing at them, best to just report their names, simple.

PokerStars will check over their active history and decide weather or not to ban them...

Pokerstars support is none the less the best........the best way to handle the situation you were in was to email support with HH's........problem solved and chat still intact

Okay what I was trying to say is both me and the other people were cursing in the chat box. I called support to look into their playing record and instead they ban my chat. Nobody complained about me. I was the one complaining. I have no idea if the other players got banned too. I noticed very suspicious play. I don't know if they were cheating: it felt like they were. But there was no easy to way to report that and I think it should be easier too. This was really a vent thread. Youre right if someone complained about me they should ban my chat but nobody did.

Ok. They probably were chat banned also, but it really doesn't matter at this point.
It's good to note that the moderation button is only for obscene language/harassment in chat. They will do nothing for you, during play, about anything else, which includes game play, collusion, etc.
The only way is to email them. Copy and paste the hand #'s to them and explain your cause when this happens to you.

So it was something you said or did in chat.
