PokerStars high stakes 10k
Daniel Negraneu was signed up on pokerstars to play in the high stakes $10k heads-up.
But like, I went afk to the bathroom and came back and it was cancelled... KidPoker signed up and like 10 others. Only reason I saw was because earlier, he was playing the "ontario beer store final" with 10 others for $250 freeroll... 2 people were left him and another guy. Daniel said "yeah in 20 minutes im playing the 10k" then I checked and low and behold he was signed up. Kinda lame I wanted to see him play... why would they just randomly cancel it.... |

Basically.
I caught a little of most of the matches. Funny part was how most of the railbirds were all saying that a live player would get destroyed by "quality" online players (and since they're playing with a 10K buyin, these guys should be quality online players). Basically most of the railbirds were saying Daniel had no chance, and some were trying to take bets with Daniel as the underdog in the matches, ect, and he just rolled through them. The last match wasn't really close at all. |

the guy daniel was playing in the semi finals started off winning but daniel had tied it back up before i had to leave.
it was pretty cool though because you could tell that the guy was basically playing against his idol. they were talking about poker and vegas and all kinds of stuff like that. he was asking personal questions about daniel and stuff too. |
