PokerStars HHs messed up

Has this ever happened to anyone before? I'm obviously playing in the hands but it doesn't show the cards that were dealt to me, now PokerTracker wont import these hands and one of them is pretty substantial and I'd like to have it in there.

I sent an email to Stars support asking if they knew why this would happen and if they could get my actual hand histories but I just wanted to see if this had happened to anyone before, and if Pokerstars can't give me the HHs is there a way to get these into pokertracker? Could I just put in the "Dealt to SeanyJ24 [As Ad]" part myself?

Oh and the 2nd hand was just me thinking "RAWR ME BLUFF!!121!!", it almost worked I think..His time bank went down to 1 second on the turn But that's not what the post is about.

After talking with PokerStars support for a while they have decided that my hole cards aren't included because I was disconnected from their server for a small amount of time. They sent me all of the HHs that were messed up, so it's all good now

Also, Sean, the Stars software update on May 9 changed their HH's, and Poker Tracker had trouble importing them (PT2 at least). There is a patch on the PT website.

I have had problems with Poker Tracker since the last update, but usually I restart it and it goes back to normal.

Well PokerTracker just didn't import them because without my hole cards there it thought I was just observing. Support said that when you get disconnected you're treated as an obvserver so I must have disconnected for a couple seconds when the hands were dealt.

That explains why my looked like this after I disconnected the other day.

Does that mean that they do keep take histories even if you arent playing? What I mean is how do all of these guys datamine Stars? Do they sit at a table, play a hand, then sitout?

Datamining on Stars is against their rules, PokerTracker won't import observed hands from Stars. I'm sure there is a way to do it but if you got caught you'd be in some big trouble.
