re: Pokerstars Big Game - David Fishman Yeah, I completely agree. Fishman is one of a very few of the Loose Cannons that I genuinely liked. Which is to say he generally seemed to know what he was doing, and he did not go out of his way acting like a dork or talking smack to the pros. Still can't believe he folded AA preflop though. Can't believe even more that Laak would have flopped quads on him. I about fell out of my chair.

re: Pokerstars Big Game - David Fishman Great guy and hats off to sticking to his guns and folding his way till hand 150th. To even fold aces which would of lost him alot of money is insane. Even the table was talking about how he would get delt aces and get cracked. Good stuff to watch.

Agreed. All around nice guy, and the fact that he did it against Hellmuth makes it even better. He may be the best Hold'em player of all time, but it amazes me every time I watch him how downright classless Phil Hellmuth is. Even when Bill Perkins was trying to compliment him, because he put Fishman on his exact hand, he blows up on him. Unreal.

hellmuth goes on and on about ethics, and etiquette at the poker table. since when is openly speaking about how stupid or idiotic your opponent is, considered good etiquette? hell, it isnt even good manners in general. hellmuth is a great tournament player, but cash games are just not his forte, and damn is he delusional. going back to the cannon, i agree with the comments that he was one of the more likeable ones. nadya and ernest wiggins were nothing but luckboxes, one of the loose cannons who wore spectacles was decent but unfortunately things didnt go his way. glad to see fishman making it, the napt is as good as his. hope he cashes big in one of em and go on to live every aspiring poker player's dream of making it as a pro.
