Poker Trivia Part 47

A short one but a tough one. Good luck to all (if any) who participate!

1) Fill in the blank from a quote by Lou Krieger:

"When you see the flop, you're looking at ___ percent of your hand."

2) What's "cards speak"?

3) In Rounders, what hand does Matt Damon's character lay down during the final heads up match against Teddy KGB when he spots Teddy's tell?
Be specific.

2) What's "cards speak"? - This means that your hand is defined by the cards you show, not what you claim to have. Had this happen in a home game and if saved a guy's ass. He had a high flush, like J high or something. His opponent turns up the higher flush (A high I believe it was). Well just before villian can rake pot, we realize that J high flush is actually a J high straight flush. Hero didn't see it or call it, but since cards read, he won the hand.

3) In Rounders, what hand does Matt Damon's character lay down during the final heads up match against Teddy KGB when he spots Teddy's tell?
Be specific.
Can't recall specifics of # 3 right now...but I think it was top two pair.

Good Job KD! You got #1 and #2 right. The answer for #3 is two pair, Aces and fives. Matt Damon's character spotted Teddy's tell and knew he had 2, 4 for the straight.

Until next week!
