I believe Thomas "Amarillo Slim" Preston appeared multiple times. I thought the number was closer to 11.

1) Scare card: A card that comes on the board that a player can use to represent he has a big hand on a bluff. Usually an ace but it could be a third suited card or 3rd card to a straight etc.

3) Ten. 5 down cards and 5 community cards.

1) A community card that, when it appears, makes a better hand more likely for other players still in the game, making it dificult for the bets hand to bet and offer an opprtunity for bluffing.
